The other day someone sent me an article. But then, I’m often sent articles. And more often than not, they’re not particularly interesting articles. It never ceases to amaze me how mail owners miss those opportunities to either make their messages more relevant to me, or to use an existing mailpiece to extend their promotional messages. This is just from yesterday’s incoming mail:
