Seema Winsor is a Principal Engineer at Pitney Bowes. Whether working on a new product development program or a business process, Seema is passionate about connecting the dots and completing puzzles in new and innovative ways. In her 13 years with Pitney Bowes, Seema has worked in different areas managing new product & new process development programs, successfully supporting new product launches in the U.S. and international markets.
Recently, the Connecticut Technology Council recognized Seema as the winner of the 2010 Women of Innovation, Community Innovation and Leadership Award. An engineer by education, and sociologist by choice, Seema likes to connect the dots between innovative programs and students of all ages. Co-founder of Stamford Robotics, Seema brings the positive impact of FIRST LEGO League and Jr. FIRST LEGO League to the lives of more young people every year. Over 500 students, ages 6 to 18, have participated in the Stamford Robotics Jr. FLL Exposition since 2008 where they were able to celebrate their passion for science and engineering.
